Most children Fleeing Libya during the crisis left before their final year examinations and were exposed to traumatic experiences. In order to bring some normality back into their lives and provide these children with a sense of hope, World for Libya coordinated a week-long schedule of activities, with supplies of meals, clothing and toys. We also co-ordinated the provision of teachers and proctors to allow these students to sit their exams. To do this, World for Libya liaised with the Tunisian school board and 52 schools throughout Tunisia to accommodate the examinations of over 6,400 children.
